• Participants must arrive at the gathering point at least 15 minutes before the departure time.
• All visitors to the "Salt of Qasab Season" must comply with the rules and instructions applied at the sites.
• Children aged 15 or under must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Visitors must present their national ID or residence permit.
• Food and drinks are not allowed inside the bus (except for special medical reasons).
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the bus, including e-cigarettes.
• Reservation holders cannot request to change the specified date or time.
• Reservations for the tour must be made only through the official operator's website. Tickets purchased through fraud or from unauthorized third parties are not valid, and the operator is not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized sources.
• Once the bus leaves the location, re-entry or changes to the tour route are not allowed.
• If a visitor wishes not to return as per the scheduled itinerary, they must inform the organizers, knowing that the bus will not wait beyond the scheduled departure time.
• Entry and use of the area are the visitor's responsibility. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage occurring during the season.
• Participants are responsible for their personal safety during activities.
• The booking holder is responsible for verifying the reservation date, time, and gathering location. The organizing party has the right to deny entry to anyone who is more than 10 minutes late. In such cases, the booking holder cannot claim any compensation.
• Any additional fees for optional activities during the trip must be paid directly to the organizing party.
• Recording or photographing others without their consent during the tour is prohibited to protect individual privacy.
• The ticket holder agrees to be photographed, recorded in videos, or audio, which may be used for promotional or informational purposes online or in print.
• Booking the trip does not guarantee the availability of internal events or activities during the season.
• The operator reserves the right to refuse entry or remove visitors from the area for any reason.
• The organizing party reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions periodically according to the needs of the trip, without prior notice.
• The organizing party has the right to remove anyone whose behavior is inappropriate or violates the rules.
• In case of a complaint, it must be submitted to the relevant official authorities.
