1. General
SuperPark Riyadh is operated by Alaab Alharaka Entertainment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Entry to the park and participation in activities are subject to these terms and all safety instructions provided by staff.

2. Assumption of Risk
SuperPark activities involve physical movement and may carry risks including slips, falls, collisions, injuries, or other accidents. All guests participate at their own risk.

3. Health & Safety
Guests must be in good physical condition to participate. Pregnant women, individuals with medical conditions, casts, or injuries should avoid activities that may affect their safety. SuperPark reserves the right to deny access for safety reasons.

4. Supervision of Minors
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors at all times. Children aged 6 years and below must always be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above.

5. Proper Conduct
Guests must follow all park rules, safety signs, and staff instructions. Unsafe, reckless, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the venue without refund.

6. Personal Belongings
Alaab Alharaka Entertainment is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

7. Photography & CCTV
CCTV and photography may be used inside the venue for safety, security, and promotional purposes. By entering, guests consent to such recording.

8. Tickets & Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated by management. SuperPark reserves the right to modify operating hours, activities, or close sections for maintenance or safety reasons.

9. Liability Waiver
To the maximum extent permitted by law, guests waive any claims against Alaab Alharaka Entertainment for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
