• In such cases, the event organizers will take appropriate measures and communicate with attendees.

11. Changing seats or location:

• Event management reserves the right to make changes to seating arrangements or venue layout.

12. Compliance with laws:

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination, including heading southeast on Al Takhassousi/Route 537 toward Al Suhail, turning right onto Sahl Ibn Hanif, and then making another right onto Abdulrahman Bin Saad Bin Saeed/Abhor. After turning left onto Bir Al Kaiam St., continue left onto Ahmad Ibrahim Al Ghazzawi, where your destination will be on the left. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By public transportation: To reach your destination, take bus 341 to the Al Urubah 406 bus stop and take a short 13-minute walk from there. 

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or a ride-hailing app.
