Winter Festival In Granada Mall

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.
• Ticket holders and their personal belongings may be searched upon entry to the event site. Dangerous and prohibited materials will be confiscated, as will any items that the organizer or security agency deems to be dangerous or could be used to harm the venue or spoil the event.
• Food & Beverages are prohibited inside the zones.
• Acknowledgment and commitment to maintaining public safety measures.
• The ticket holder, as a venue attendee, consents to photos, videos, and recorded audio clips that may be posted online on social media & used in paid Ads.
• The Organizer & Mall will not be liable for bodily injury, illness, or death of any visitor (including ticket holder) or loss or damage to items arising out of or in connection with the event.
• Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.
• The organizing agency has the right to expel any person who engages in behavior considered a violation.
• Certain Zones may have ages/height restrictions in place
• Time per activity/zone is 30minutes upon entry, once time is completed participates will be asked to exit 
• Max. capacity per session is 30 Skaters 
• Certain Zones may be restricted to a limited number of entries in order to provide an enjoyable experience and avoid overcrowding.
• Tickets must be purchase exclusively through authorized ticketing system

 

Entry Requirements:

• This event is strictly for children up to 12 years old ONLY.
• Height Restriction: 130 cm and taller are permitted to enter the zone. This is to ensure safety and proper engagement with the activities.

• Parents or guardians must remain with their children at all times and must not be left unattended in the zone.

• By entering the zone and participating in our activities, you consent to the taking of photographs and videos. These images may be used on our social media platforms and other promotional materials.
