Competitions will be judged by a panel of certified trainers, veterinarians, canine behaviour specialists, sponsors, and guest judges from the pet industry.

The highest-scoring dogs qualify for the Finals.

All participants will receive a variety of pet-related gifts provided by the competition sponsors, including pet food, treats, grooming products, toys, and cleaning supplies.

Please arrive on time for veterinary examination and vaccination certificate check. 

1. Registration & Entry Fees
• Individual Competition Entry: SAR 200 per dog (excluding VAT) for participation in one of the following categories: Best Trick, Sit & Stay, or Best Dressed.
• VIP Finals Pass: SAR 450 per dog (excluding VAT), including entry to all competition categories and access to the Finals.
• Registration closes on 27 October 2026 or once all available entries have been filled, whichever comes first.
• Participation fees are refundable if a cancellation request is submitted at least 30 days prior to the event date, subject to a SAR 30 administrative fee.

2. Owner Responsibility & Event Rules
• Dog owners are fully responsible for the safety, care, supervision, and conduct of their dogs throughout the event.
• The organizer shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or incident involving participating dogs, owners, attendees, or personal property.
• Dogs must remain on a leash at all times, except within designated off-leash activity zones.
• The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove, any dog or participant whose behavior is considered unsafe, disruptive, aggressive, or in violation of event rules.

3. Grooming & Appearance Requirements
• All participating dogs must arrive clean, well-groomed, and in good condition, with trimmed nails and clean coats, ears, eyes, and mouths.
• Costumes, accessories, and decorative items must be safe, non-toxic, comfortable, flameretardant, and securely fitted.
• The organizer reserves the right to reject or remove any attire or accessory deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the dog or other participants.

4. Children Policy
• Children under 10 years of age are not permitted within the competition area or the Pet & Vet Expo.
• Children aged 10 years and above may attend when accompanied by an adult. Both the child and accompanying adult must hold valid admission tickets.

5. Vaccination & Health Requirements
• A valid vaccination certificate and up-to-date veterinary records must be presented upon entry.
• Dogs showing signs of illness, injury, contagious disease, parasite infestation, or incomplete vaccination records will not be permitted to enter or participate. In such cases, participation fees are non-refundable.
• Dogs displaying aggressive, threatening, or uncontrolled behavior toward people or other dogs will be denied entry or removed from the venue without refund.
• Participating dogs must be at least 12 weeks old and have completed a minimum of two primary vaccinations.
• Pregnant or nursing dogs are not eligible to participate.
• Required vaccinations include: o DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, and Parainfluenza) o Rabies
• All participating dogs must be healthy, clean, well-socialized, and fit to take part in a public event environment.

6. Photography & Media Consent
• By registering for and participating in the event, participants grant the organizer the right to photograph, film, and record both themselves and their dogs.
• Images, video recordings, and audio recordings may be used for promotional, marketing, editorial, print, digital, and social media purposes without further notice or compensation.

7. General Terms
• The organizer reserves the right to amend competition rules, schedules, judging criteria, venue arrangements, or event activities at any time if deemed necessary.
• Participation in the event constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and any additional rules communicated by the organizer.
• The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be providing false information or acting in a manner that jeopardizes the safety, wellbeing, or enjoyment of others.
• All judging decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
