To avoid any disturbance, latecomers will only be admitted during designated intervals and will be seated temporarily in the upper balcony until the intermission, after which they may proceed to their original seats.

• Shuttle service will be available for guests’ convenience, with an estimated travel time of 15 minutes to the theatre.

Platinum Ticket Holders:
• Please use the King Fahad Cultural Center parking. (Location)

Royal & VIP Ticket Holders:
• Please use the King Fahad Cultural Center parking. (Location)
• Valet parking will be available at the King Fahad Cultural Center – Fees Apply.

• All attendees are kindly requested to adhere to the Public Decency Regulations.
• The age limit is 6 and above.
• All adults must hold a valid ticket to enter.
• No refunds or exchanges.
• No Recording: Photography or filming is not allowed during the show.

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination, including heading on King Saud Road/Prince Faisal Bin Fahd Bin Abdulaziz Road, making a U-turn at Al Khaimah, then turning right, veering slightly right, and turning right again to reach the destination. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or by using a ride-hailing app.
