Your participation in the trip means that you have read, understood, and agreed to our terms and conditions.

• It is strictly prohibited to dispose of any plastic waste or non-biodegradable materials on the ground during the trip.

• Participation in the trip is at your own risk in case of any potential danger, God forbid.

• Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their legal guardian or representative.

• You may bring any number of companions with you, provided that their tickets are fully paid through the website, and you bear full responsibility for their attendance.

• It is prohibited to engage in any political or religious discussions or wear clothing with such content during the trip.

• Intimate or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited during the trip.

• The use of any type of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited during the trip. The organizing entity has the right to exclude the participant from the trip without refunding the ticket price (and the relevant authorities will be contacted in case of violation of this rule).

• If you are absent from the trip you booked, the full value of the ticket will be charged.

• In case of delay, the organizing entity has the right to deny the participant entry or leave the meeting point without justification or prior notice. In this case, the participant is not entitled to a refund or any form of compensation.

• Taking photos or videos during the trip and posting them on social media is permitted, but other participants must not appear in the content without their permission.

• The privacy of other participants must be respected. If any type of harassment is reported, the organizing entity has the right to exclude the participant without a refund and ban them from attending future trips.

• Transportation is provided for all participants. If you choose to drive your own vehicle, you are fully responsible for reaching the location and returning safely. The organizing entity is not responsible for any damage or loss to your private car.

• If you arrive late to the trip, you are responsible for getting to the resort yourself.

• Occasionally, there may be changes in the specifications or arrangements on the trip day without prior notic

• Modifications, refunds, or exchanges are not allowed less than 24 hours before the trip.

• Postponement is allowed with at least 48 hours' notice before the trip, provided the postponed ticket is used within a maximum of two weeks.

• Refunds are allowed with at least 48 hours' notice before the trip, and will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.

• If the trip is canceled by the organizing entity, the full amount will be refunded to the customer.

• If the trip is canceled due to reasons beyond our control such as weather conditions or natural disasters, we will contact you immediately and offer equivalent services or a full refund.

• If there is a general ticket discount or early registration discount, it does not apply to children.

• It is prohibited to register or bring children under the age of 12.
