By reserving your space for this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Your space is confirmed only upon full payment of 595 SAR.

• Payment is non-refundable but transferable to another person (see Section 4).

• Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  
  

• Cancellations before June 14 may request a credit toward a future Lifelab event.

• Cancellations after June 14 are non-refundable and not eligible for credit.

• If Lifelab cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety, or logistical issues), you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a rescheduled event.
  
  

• By attending, you confirm that you are physically fit and able to participate in yoga and related wellness activities.

• You acknowledge that all activities are voluntary, and you are responsible for your own well-being during the event.

• Please inform our team of any medical conditions or special needs in advance.
  
  

• If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else.

• To complete the transfer, notify us by email at hello@lifelab.bio or WhatsApp at +966 55 031 1184, with the full name and contact number of the new participant at least 24 hours prior to the event.

• Transfers are only valid upon written confirmation from the Lifelab team.
  
  

• Photos and videos may be taken during the event for Lifelab’s marketing and communications.

• By attending, you grant Lifelab permission to use your image, unless you inform us in writing before the event.
  
  

• Lifelab Integrated Wellness, its partners, facilitators, and venue hosts are not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage that may occur during the event.
  
  

• Late arrivals may miss key parts of the experience, and re-entry cannot be guaranteed once the event begins.
