LES MILLS LIVE Riyadh is the ultimate global fitness festival, created by LES MILLS , powered by adidas, and supported by the Saudi Sports for All Federation. Set to take place at The Arena in Riyadh on November 30th, the day will be packed with world-class workouts led by program directors and trainers, plus a fantastic community vibe.

Please note, when booking your ticket, each attendee can only book one ticket per workout session. You cannot book on behalf of friends, as each ticket will be personalized with the individual’s details.

WORKOUT ZONES:

We have two main Workout Zones:

- Main Workout Zone: This central area will host a mix of classes, including both mixed-gender and ladies-only sessions.

- HER Zone: A dedicated ladies-only area, HER Zone will feature exclusive workout sessions, immersive experiences, and a social space where women can relax and connect.
