• The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry and deny refunds to anyone not adhering to public decency in behavior or dress.

• In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be notified, and refunds will be issued in accordance with the refund policy.
• Tickets are non-refundable.

• The organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

• The organizer is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) that may affect the event.
• In such cases, the event organizers will take appropriate measures and communicate with attendees.

11. Changing seats or location:

• Event management reserves the right to make changes to seating arrangements or venue layout.

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination including heading toward King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Road, continuing along AlAmaria Road, passing through several roundabouts with the sequence of 2nd, 3rd, 1st, and 2nd exits, then turning left twice and right with the destination on the left. GPS navigation is highly advised

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or by using a ride-hailing app.
