4. Selling, promoting, marketing, or distributing promotional materials without prior written approval from the organizer.
5. Professional photography, commercial filming, media broadcasting, or operating drones without prior approval from the organizer.
6. Engaging in disruptive, offensive, or disorderly conduct that may affect the experience or safety of others.
7. Blocking walkways, emergency exits, or access routes, or occupying areas not designated for attendees.
8. Failing to comply with safety requirements or instructions issued by event organizers, security personnel, or relevant authorities.
9. Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or public conduct standards of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Important Notice: The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to, or remove, any individual who violates these rules without liability for compensation or refund.

Public Conduct & Dress Code

To ensure a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for all attendees, visitors are expected to comply with public conduct standards and all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including:

* Wearing attire appropriate for a public event environment.
* Refraining from wearing sleepwear or clothing considered unsuitable for public spaces.
* Avoiding clothing that displays offensive language, imagery, symbols, or content that conflicts with public decency standards.

The organizer reserves the right to take any necessary action in response to violations of these requirements to maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all attendees.
