Ticket & Entry

The workshop ticket includes entry to the Biosphere at FoodSphere.

Refund & Transfer Policy

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except in the event of cancellation or changes.

Safety & Conduct

Dangerous items, weapons and prohibited substances are not allowed.
Abusive behavior will result in ejection without refund.
Smoking in any form, including cigarettes and electronic cigarettes, is prohibited.
Photography and video recording are permitted for personal use only.

Event Changes & Liability

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to event schedules.
The organizer, venue, and associated parties are not liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property arising from attendance at the event.

Visitor Responsibilities

Visitors must follow the guidance of security personnel and event staff, to ensure safe entry and exit.

Visitors are responsible for any damage or destruction to all facilities and are liable for legal action if they take anything without permission.

Entry Refusal / Ejection

The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to or eject any visitor who does not comply with the general terms and conditions of the event.
In such cases, the visitor is not entitled to a refund for the ticket.

General Care for Butterflies

General Care for Butterflies: Visitors are requested to not touch, disturb, or interfere with the butterflies or any plants and structures within the garden to ensure their safety and well-being.

Restricted Items

Restricted Items: Visitors must not bring external food, beverages, pets, or items that could harm the butterflies or their environment.

Management Rights

The management reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals who do not comply with the rules to ensure the safety of the butterflies.

Accessibility: Not suitable for people with special needs due to the physical exercises included

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination including heading toward King Abdul Aziz Branch Road, turning onto Prince Mashari Ibn Abdulaziz, continuing along it, then turning left onto Asad Al Hatabi and Abi As Safa, with the destination appearing on the right. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By public transportation:

By bus: For the shortest walk, take bus 181 to the As-Sulaimanyah 606 bus stop, followed by a minute's walk.
By metro: The nearest metro stations are As Sulimaniyah and Ad Dahab, both accessible via Metro Line 5 and approximately a 26-minute walk from your destination.

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or by using a ride-hailing app.
