• Latecomers will not be admitted until appropriate breaks in the performance, at the discretion of the ushers, to avoid disruption.

• Please use the Green Hall parking.
• (Shuttle service will be available for guests’ convenience.)

• Please use the King Fahad Cultural Centre parking.

• Valet parking will be available at the King Fahad Cultural Centre.

• The age limit is 10 and above; those 10 and above are allowed to enter. 
• All adults must hold a valid ticket to enter.
• No refunds or exchanges.
• No Recording: Photography or filming is not allowed during the show.

2. Buy tickets:

• Tickets may be subject to additional fees, taxes or fees.

3. Refund Policy:

• No refunds are allowed.
• Changing times is not allowed.

4. Event changes or cancellations:

• The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule or cancel the event.
• If the event is canceled, ticket holders will be notified, and refunds will be given in accordance with the refund policy.

5. Possibility of transferring tickets:

• Tickets are transferable.

• Attendees must adhere to age restrictions and any other entry requirements determined by the organizer.
• Attendees may be asked to provide proof of identification or proof of purchase for entry.

• Reserves the right to remove any attendee who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

• Attendees participate at their own risk, and the organizer does not bear responsibility for any accidents or injuries
• By attending, attendees waive any claims against the event organizers.

9. Lost or stolen tickets:

• The organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

10. Force Majeure:

• The organizer is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) that may affect the event.
• In such cases, the event organizers will take appropriate measures and communicate with attendees.

11. Compliance with laws:

• Attendees must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during the event.

12. The organizing party is not responsible for personal items lost during the event.

By purchasing a ticket for the Event, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination, including heading on King Saud Road/Prince Faisal Bin Fahd Bin Abdulaziz Road, making a U-turn at Al Khaimah, then turning right, veering slightly right, and turning right again to reach the destination. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or by using a ride-hailing app.
