Welcome to an informative afternoon briefing at the Radisson Blu Riyadh Convention & Exhibition Center on Wednesday, 14th May, starting at 4 p.m. This year we are proudly lead sponsored by Deloitte.

This year's event will include a macroeconomic outlook from a leading economist, an overview of hotel performance with a focus and outlook for Riyadh and Saudi Arabia, a comprehensive presentation on tourism and travel trends, and finally a highly anticipated discussion with industry leaders and key themes impacting the Kingdom and the industry today.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Purchasing a ticket means accepting these terms and conditions.

2. Buy Tickets

Tickets may be subject to additional fees, taxes, or charges.

3. Refund Policy

Customers are eligible to submit a written refund request to Platinumlist within 48 hours of the announcement of event cancellation or postponement under the following circumstances:

The event is canceled for any reason.
The fair organizers reschedule the performance to a different date.
The event start or end time is significantly changed (four hours or more from the announced time).
The event is postponed for any reason.
The event is relocated to a new venue more than 40 km away from the original location, or if the new venue is unsuitable.

4. Event Changes or Cancellations

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule or cancel the event.
If the event is canceled, ticket holders will be notified, and refunds will be given in accordance with the refund policy.

5. Possibility of Transferring Tickets

Tickets can be transferred via the Platinumlist App.

6. Entry Requirements

Attendees must adhere to age restrictions and any other entry requirements determined by the organizer.
Attendees may be asked to provide proof of identification or proof of purchase for entry.

7. Code of Conduct

Attendees must adhere to the event rules and code of conduct.
The organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

8. Liability and Disclaimer

Attendees participate at their own risk, and the organizer does not bear responsibility for any accidents or injuries.
By attending, attendees waive any claims against the event organizers.

9. Lost or Stolen Tickets

The organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

10. Force Majeure

The organizer is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) that may affect the event.
In such cases, the event organizers will take appropriate measures and communicate with attendees.

11. Changing Location

Event management reserves the right to make changes to the venue location.
Attendees will be informed of important changes in advance.

12. Compliance with Laws

Attendees must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during the event.

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination, including heading northeast on King Abdallah Ibn Abd Al Aziz/King Abdullah Branch Rd toward Mohammed Bin Rees, slightly turning right, and driving until your destination is on the right. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or a ride-hailing app.
