•Personal identification proof (National ID - Resident ID - Passport)

• Appropriate attire in accordance with the customs and traditions of the community
• Sports shoes
• Any violation of public decency or the carrying of prohibited materials during the trip will result in the exclusion of the violator.
• Endangering the safety of the trip or participants will lead to the exclusion of the responsible person.

By the Customer:
• 7+ days before the trip: Full refund.
• 3–7 days before the trip: Credit for future trips in the same season.
• Less than 3 days before the trip: Full cancellation fee applies.
By the Organizer (STORM ADVENTURE):
• Full refunds for cancellations by the organizer.
• For uncontrollable circumstances, such as weather or natural disasters, customers will be offered a similar service or a full refund.
