Ticketing:

• You'll receive a confirmation email with a confirmation number.
• Tickets grant entry to specific Les Mills workouts as listed at purchase.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable (except with Organizer discretion).
• Swapping sessions may incur an administration fee.
• Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.

Event Changes:

• The Organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, pricing, etc.
• In case of cancellation or postponement, a refund or exchange may be offered.
• The Organizer is not liable for any losses due to event changes.

Event Attendance:

• You must be 18+ to attend.
• Present a valid ticket for entry.
• No kids are allowed.
• Dress code must comply with Saudi Arabia's Public Decency Law.
• Doors open 20 minutes before class. Arrive 15-20 minutes early.
• No latecomers will be allowed.
• Plan enough time for parking, registration, and wristband retrieval.
• Comply with all event rules and regulations.
• Disorderly behavior may result in removal without refund.

Filming Workouts:

• All cameras and recording equipment (except mobile phones) are prohibited.
• Shareable video clips must be under 15 seconds and use #lesmillslive.
• Leave bags and belongings at the coat check (except towel and water bottle).
• Latecomers may be admitted during breaks (if possible).

Image Release:

• You grant the Organizer the right to record and photograph you at the event.
• The Organizer can use your image for Les Mills business purposes (marketing, etc.).
• The Organizer owns all copyright and intellectual property rights to the materials.
• You waive any moral rights or compensation related to your image use.

Personal Belongings:

• You are responsible for your belongings.
• The Organizer is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to your property.

Physical Activity:

• Participate at your own risk.
• Consult a doctor if pregnant or with health concerns.
• You assume full responsibility for any injury or damage during participation.
• You release the Organizer from any claims for injury, loss, or damage.

Code of Conduct:

• Les Mills has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, etc.
• Violations may result in removal from the event without a refund.

Other:

• Breaching the terms may result in termination of your event license without refund.
• You are responsible for travel, food, and accommodation expenses.
• The Organizer excludes liability for any loss, damage, or injury.

Privacy Policy:

• Platinumlist and Les Mills will use your personal information according to their privacy policies.
• You can opt-in/out of receiving marketing emails from Les Mills.
