Join us for a morning dedicated to breast cancer awareness, designed as one continuous flow: movement, then voice, then creation. Three practitioners, three disciplines, and one shared morning of coming back to the body, set by the pool and gardens of The Ritz-Carlton.

• Includes the yoga session, sound session, brunch picnic and art expression session.

• Presented by Almara Maison in collaboration with The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh. Spaces are limited.

Welcome: Arrival by the pool.
Yoga with Asta: Return Home to Your Body.
A gentle practice to open the morning, focused on rebuilding body awareness and reconnecting with sensation. All levels are welcome.
Sound with Sonal: Find Your Voice.
A guided vocal expression session using breathwork and sound vibration to build confidence, clarity and authentic self-expression.
Brunch Picnic: Connection and Tasting.
A relaxed, shared picnic to pause, nourish and continue the morning's conversations together.
Art with Josette: Let Go & Alchemise.
A simple practice of presence using art as a medium. No experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to let go of perfection.
