Entry & Wristbands

Each ticket and wristband is valid for one person only.
A valid wristband is required for entry and re-entry.
Wristbands are valid for one match day only and may not be transferred, shared, exchanged, or reused.
Entry is subject to venue capacity. Guests are encouraged to arrive early.
Re-entry is permitted only during the match period associated with the guest's wristband.

Tickets & Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the event is cancelled by OffBrief.

Seating

Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is not guaranteed. Seating at The Backyard consists primarily of beanbags and casual lounge-style seating.
Seats may not be reserved for guests who are not present.

Disruptive, abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in refusal of entry or removal from the venue without refund.
