What to Bring:

• Sports Shoes suitable for walking and sand activities.

Important Warnings:
• Please be prepared for any weather changes or potential rain.
• Any violation of public decency or the use/possession of prohibited materials during the trip will result in the offending person's exclusion.
• Endangering the safety of the trip or participants will lead to the exclusion of the responsible party.
• Adherence to the gathering and departure times is crucial for the trip's success.
• Joining will not be permitted after 4:00 PM due to our commitment to organizing the trip programs.
• We kindly ask everyone to arrive on time and enjoy every activity on schedule.
• Sitting in the camp after the end of the trip program is prohibited.

Customer Cancellation
More than 7 Days before the departure date Full refund.
More than 3 Days before the departure date Cancellation accepted; amount converted to credit for future trips within the same season.
Less than 3 Days before the departure date A penalty of 100% of the trip value will be imposed.

Cancellation by the Organizer (STORM ADVENTURE):
• If the trip is canceled by the organizer, the customer will receive a full refund.
• If the trip is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (such as weather conditions or natural disasters), we will contact you immediately and offer you the option of benefiting from similar services or receiving a full refund.
