• Entry is valid only for the date and session purchased.  
• All guests must present a valid ticket upon arrival   Re-entry is not permitted.  
• Children aged 0–12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.  

• The venue reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone displaying inappropriate or unsafe behaviour.  
• Dangerous, illegal, or disruptive items/activities are strictly prohibited.  
• No smoking or vaping permitted inside the market area unless in designated areas.  

• Strollers are permitted.  
• Parents/guardians are fully responsible for their children’s safety at all times.  
• Lost children will be escorted to the Information Point;
• A valid ID is required for retrieval.  

• By entering the event, guests consent to photography and videography for promotional use.  
• Professional cameras and equipment require prior approval.  

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.  
• In case of event cancellation by the organiser, full refunds will be automatically processed.  
• Weather-related delays do not qualify for refunds unless the session is officially cancelled.

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination, including heading along King Khalid Road, moving toward and merging onto Al Waqedi, taking the first roundabout exit onto Tayma Street, and continuing through the final right and left turns until arriving at your destination. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or a ride-hailing app.
