• Last entry to the event is at 02:00 AM sharp.

1. Ticket Policy & Entry

• All ticket sales are final no refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.
• Tickets are valid for single entry only strictly no re-entry once inside the venue.
• Ticket transfers are not permitted unless formally approved by the organizer in advance.
• A valid digital or printed ticket with matching identification may be required for entry.  

2. Age & Identification

• Entry is subject to government rules and official regulations.
• Guests may be required to present a valid official ID upon arrival.
• The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest for safety or compliance reasons.  

3. Event Modifications

• The event schedule, artists, or venue layout may be modified without prior notice.
• In the case of force majeure (weather, security, government orders, etc.), the event may be postponed or adjusted no refunds will be issued.  

4. Security, Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Policy

• All guests are subject to security screening upon entry.
• The event enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy toward illegal substances or any behavior that violates local regulations.
• Any violation may result in immediate removal from the venue and potential legal action.
• The following items are strictly prohibited: illegal substances, weapons, outside food or drinks, unauthorized professional cameras, or any object deemed unsafe.  

5. Photography & Media Consent

• By entering the event, guests consent to being photographed or filmed for documentation and future media usage.
• Professional or commercial filming requires prior approval from the organiser.  

6. Anti-Resale Policy (Scalping)

• The resale or commercial trading of tickets at inflated prices is strictly prohibited.
• Any ticket found to be resold or misused will be immediately voided, and the holder will be denied entry.  

7. Health & Safety Disclaimer

• Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to attend a live electronic music event with high sound levels and visual effects.
• The organizer is not responsible for any health-related impact arising from sound, lighting, or stage effects.  

8. Liability Waiver

• Attendance is at the guest’s own risk. The organizer is not responsible for loss, injury, or damage to personal property inside or around the venue.
• Guests must follow all staff and security instructions at all times.  

9. Organizer Rights

• The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual who fails to comply with these policies.
• The organizer may update these terms at any time to ensure safety and event integrity.

By car:There are many ways to reach your destination, including heading northwest on King Fahd Road, keeping left to stay on the same route, exiting toward Al Quwat Al Khassah Street (شارع القوات الخاصة), turning left and continuing straight before taking the final left, where the destination will be on the right. GPS navigation is highly advised.
