1. Registration & Fees

Registration is mandatory to attend the event.
Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Entry Policy

Entry will be permitted only with a valid registration confirmation.
No accompanying persons (including children) will be allowed without prior registration.
The transfer or resale of entry tickets is strictly prohibited.

3. Event Rescheduling / Cancellation

In case of any government or authority restrictions or unforeseen circumstances, MediaOne reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or modify the event.
Registered participants will be notified in advance in such cases.

4. Seating & Access

Seating will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Platinum List is the official registration partner; only registrations made through the authorized link are valid.

5. Code of Conduct

Attendees are expected to maintain professional behavior during the event.
MediaOne reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who does not comply with event rules.

What is the dress code?

Will there be parking available?
Yes, parking will be provided.

Is entry free for People of Determination (POD) and their companions?
No, entry is not free.

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination, including heading on King Fahd Road/Route 65, taking the exit to King Fahad Branch Road, with the destination on the right. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By public transportation: For the shortest walk, take buses 280 or 921 to the King Saud 303 bus stop, followed by a four-minute walk. If you're heading by metro, you can easily reach your destination by taking Metro 1 to the Ministry of Interior metro stop or to the Al Muorabba bus stop, both at an 18-minute walk away.

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or a ride-hailing app.
